Bereits in der Schwangerschaft haben Sie Geschmacksvorlieben Ihres Babys gefördert durch Ihre eigene Ernährungsweise. Jetzt ist Ihr Baby da und Sie möchten es weiter gesundheitlich stärken für eine optimale Entwicklung?  Die Förderung von Gesundheit beginnt bereits im Mutterleib und kann wenn das Baby auf der Welt ist optimal weiter gefördert werden durch eine gesunde Ernährung. In den ersten Monaten werden alle gesunden Säuglinge mit Milch ernährt. Dabei ist Stillen die erste Wahl, sofern dies möglich ist. Wie Stillen funktionieren kann und wie sich die Folgeernährung ideal anpassen lässt, erläutere ich Ihnen gerne in der Beratung. Auch bei Stillproblemen oder Fütterungsstörungen im Säuglings- & Kleinkindalter unterstütze ich Sie gerne.

Now your baby is here and you want to strengthen its health for optimal development?
The promotion of health begins in the womb and can be further promoted when the baby is optimally through a healthy diet.
All healthy infants are fed milk for the first few months. Breastfeeding is the first choice, if possible. I will be happy to explain how breastfeeding can work and how the follow-up nutrition can be ideally adapted in the consultation.
I am also happy to support you with breastfeeding problems or feeding disorders in infancy and toddler age.

Why is nutritional advice important?

The risk of illness increases through malnutrition or malnutrition because the immune system is weakened. The aim is to nourish your baby optimally and to provide for the future so that there is no deficiency in the first place and diseases occur less frequently. The nutritional counseling supports you in eating a full-fledged diet with a supply of all the important nutrients and thereby avoiding a lack of energy / protein / vitamins / minerals or energy & protein for an optimal development of body and mind from a holistic point of view.

The aim is to supply all of the fatty acids, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) that are important to you, energy and protein in sufficient quantities so that your baby and you, too, if you are breastfeeding, are optimally cared for. For this purpose, foods that promote inflammation are specifically avoided and plenty of anti-inflammatory foods are consumed. An anti-inflammatory diet can improve the state of health.

Classification of weight - definition and classification of weight

If you yourself have the feeling that your child might eat more or eat too much, I would be happy to support you.

Your pediatrician can give you information about the nutritional status of your child.

The percentile curves for infants and children give information about whether a child is underweight, normal weight or overweight. The course of height and weight is always important for the assessment. The pediatrician therefore regularly enters this data in your child's medical check-up book.

Nutritional therapy
