During pregnancy, you encouraged your child's taste preferences through your own diet.
The promotion of health begins in the womb and can be further promoted when the baby is optimally through a healthy diet. Would you like to strengthen your child's health for optimal development?
All healthy infants are fed milk for the first few months. Breastfeeding is the first choice, if possible. I will be happy to explain how breastfeeding can work and how the follow-up nutrition can be ideally adapted in the consultation.

Why is nutritional advice important?
The risk of illness increases through malnutrition or malnutrition because the immune system is weakened. The aim is to nourish your child optimally and to provide for the future so that there is no deficiency in the first place and diseases occur less often. The nutritional counseling supports you in eating a full-fledged diet with a supply of all the important nutrients and thereby avoiding a lack of energy / protein / vitamins / minerals or energy & protein for an optimal development of body and mind from a holistic point of view.
The aim is to supply all of the fatty acids, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) that are important to you, energy and protein in sufficient quantities so that your baby and you, too, if you are breastfeeding, are optimally cared for. For this purpose, foods that promote inflammation are specifically avoided and plenty of anti-inflammatory foods are consumed. An anti-inflammatory diet can improve the state of health.

Your pediatrician can give you information about the nutritional status of your child.
The percentile curves for infants and children give information about whether a child is underweight, normal weight or overweight. The course of height and weight is always important for the assessment. The pediatrician therefore regularly enters this data in your child's medical check-up book.
