Better to be HAPPY with mindfulness
These affirmation cards should always remind you of what a great person you are and that you already have everything in you that you need. That is why I recommend that you place the affirmation cards in clearly visible places. When the affirmation catches your eye, pause for a moment and speak the affirmation for yourself. Swap the cards regularly, or distribute them all in different places.
"Gratitude is essential to a happy life"
In counseling I observe that moments of gratitude in our life often only relate to rare happy / material moments Restricting things in our life. For example a new car, smartphone or success at work. The good feelings we then feel don't last very long. Until the next goal or the next "new thing" that we want to buy own.
Gratitude is a feeling that we can only access in the here and now.
We can also be grateful for small things. A failure or a supposed stroke of fate in our life can in retrospect lead to more happiness and satisfaction in our lives. Your rating plays a role here. Try to see something positive out of everything. Everything in life has a reason. Try to accept your life with gratitude.

Gratitude ritual in the evening - what are you grateful for?
Any shape is allowed. You can keep a journal or digitally record what you are grateful for. Maybe 3 things spontaneously occur to you that made you happy during the day. You can write texts, make lists, you can also paint what you are grateful for, choose what suits you best. The important thing is: 1. Regularity. 2. Awareness, 3. Allowing feelings
Set a starting day and watch as you get a little happier, happier, and more grateful each day.
