A gastric ulcer (ulcus ventriculi) is characterized by a loss of substance from the gastric mucosa.
An ulcer (ulcer, multiple ulcer) does not arise
without stomach acid (contains hydrochloric acid).
Ulcus Pepticum = "the ulcer caused by digestion" develops there,
where proteolytic gastric juice acts.
Ulcus pepticum = gastric & duodenal ulcer (duodenum = the 12 finger intestine
(first section of the intestine after the stomach)
The stomach is a stretchable muscle tube with a
average capacity of approx. 2.5 liters for adults.

The aim is to supply all of the fatty acids, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) that are important to you, energy and protein in the measure that your body is optimally supplied with. For this purpose, foods that promote inflammation are specifically avoided and plenty of anti-inflammatory foods are consumed.
You will learn how you can actively counteract inflammation through foods that naturally have antifungal (against fungi), antibacterial (against bacteria), antiviral (against viruses) and antioxidant as well as immune-boosting properties - that is, natural antibiotics.

Complications that can arise with an ulcer:

Perforation - stomach contents enter the free abdominal cavity: Symptoms: sudden massive pain, board-like, tense, touch-sensitive abdominal wall, risk of peritonitis
Penetration - ingrowth into adjacent tissue, breakthrough of an ulcer in adjacent organs (pancreas, liver, spleen, colon)
Recurrent ulcers (always recurring ulcers) Scarred changes, passage disorders

Fiber therapy: depending on the symptoms, a therapy with 50 - 60 g fiber per day can alleviate your symptoms.
Sufficient fluid: total fluid per day: 30 - 35 ml per kg body weight and day. Attention, this is not just a drinking liquid. The liquid from food (approx. 500 - 800 ml) must still be subtracted from this, so that an amount of approx. 1.3 - 2 l of drinking liquid is created.
