Our detoxification organs
Liver : Metabolic function: substances foreign to the body are rendered harmless and can be eliminated. The body excretes large substances in the bile.
Kidney : It is the main organ of excretion of pollutants. It transfers small substances into the urine and excretes them in this way. It also cleanses our blood.
Gut : It is the brain of our stomach. It analyzes how our food is made up and eliminates waste that cannot be used.
Skin : The body secretes certain substances such as mercury, ammonia and uric acid via the sweat glands.
Lungs : The body breaks down carbon dioxide (CO2) when you exhale. The body also releases alcohol through breathing.
Detoxing is not the same as fasting. In order to detoxify your body, you don't necessarily have to go without solid foods.
During a detoxification cure, the body should be cleaned of pollutants and poisons (toxins and free radicals). The body's own detoxification system, in which the liver, kidneys, intestines, lungs, skin and lymphatic system work together, already cleans your body very effectively.
Your body is good the way it is!
You should refrain from expensive detox cures / DETOX products.
You can of course stimulate the detoxification function of your body yourself.
